American Red Cross Learn to Swim Lev. 4-5
Lev. 4 - Building on previous skills learned, new skills will include swimming front crawl and elementary backstroke 25 yds., breast stroke, side stroke and back crawl 15 yds. butterfly stoke, front and back open turns will be introduced.
American Red Cross Learn to Swim Level 5 - all strokes will be reviewed and demonstrated for 25 - 50 yds. Flip turns on front and back will be introduced. Shallow dives and surface dives will also be reviewed. Treading water and survival float, swimming under water, personal and water safety will continue to be reviewed and implemented.

All swimmers will receive a progress report at the end of the swim session.
